Tamagoyaki

Ingredients
- 1 cup dashi broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sake
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup japanese rice
- 2 tbsp miso paste
- 1 tbsp dried wakame seaweed
- 1 cup pickled ginger
- ¼ cup wasabi mayonnaise

Prepare the dashi broth according to package instructions. Whisk in soy sauce and sake. Set aside.
