A vibrant salad featuring grilled chicken, crunchy tortilla chips, black beans, diced tomatoes, and a smoky chipotle ranch dressing. This Southwestern-style salad is a perfect blend of textures and flavors.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ breasts boneless skinless chicken
- 1 cup tortilla chips
- 1 ½ cup black beans, canned
- 2 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ red onion
- ½ cup chipotle ranch dressing
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 2 tbsp lime juice

Step 1
Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and your favorite Southwestern spices. Grill chicken for 5-6 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Let rest before slicing.
